A spacious living and dining area provides views of the river. Furnishings include a sofa, love seat, futon which converts to a double bed, and oak dining table. Electronics include a color TV (with extended basic cable), DVD player, two cordless phones, and a bookshelf stereo system with CD changer.

Enjoy a view of the McKenzie River just a few feet away as you relax on the deck under the shade of large red cedar trees.
Riverwood House is equipped with a full modern kitchen. Features include an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, hot water tap, and a wide variety of cookware and utensils. Additionally, the laundry room includes a large capacity washer and dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
Two bathrooms provide convenience to you and your guests. The main bath includes a walk-in shower with two seats and a detachable massage nozzle, and the master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. Both bathrooms are equipped with hand rails to provide extra safety.

Riverhouse features three bedrooms. The master bedroom looks out on the river and includes a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, DVD player, and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom also has a river view and queen-sized bed.
The third bedroom contains two twin beds and looks out on a quiet country lane and forested hills.
If additional sleeping space is needed, the living room futon folds out into a double bed.
